Osallistumismaksu sisältää konferenssin, konferenssimateriaalin, kuljetukset vierailukohteisiin 8.10. sekä ohjelmassa mainitut tarjoilut. Kaikki hinnat sisältävät 24% veron. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Peruuttaminen ennen 23.9.2021 oikeuttaa 50% hinnanpalautukseen. Ilmoittautumisajan päätyttyä 23.9. osallistumismaksu veloitetaan kokonaisuudessaan peruutusten tai saapumatta jättämisen kohdalla.
200 € kansainvälisille etäosallistujille, etäosallistuminen Suomesta ei ole mahdollista. Sisältää osallistumisen englanninkielisiin sessioihin
Vastuuvapautuslauseke: Järjestäjät pidättävät oikeuden muuttaa konferenssimuotoa ilman erillistä varoitusta, mikäli COVID19 pandemiarajoitukset niin vaativat. Tällaisessa tapauksessa osallistumismaksuja ei palauteta, mutta mahdollisimman hyvin korvaava ohjelmaformaatti tarjotaan ilmoittautuneille.

Registration fees
450 €, early bird fee until 7.9.2021
550 €, normal fee between 8. - 23.9.2021
90 €, student fee, a copy of valid student id card must be presented, fee does not include evening program
OYS Personnel, FSTeH and ISfTeH members get additional 30 € member discount (does not apply to student fee)
Registration fee includes participation to conference, conference material, transportation to site visits on 8th October, servings according to conference program. All fees include 24% VAT. Registration is binding. Cancellation fee before 23th September 2021 is 50% of registration fee. After 23th September 2021 full conference fee will be charged for cancellation and for no-show.
200€, Registration fee for remote international participation to conference, available for participants from outside Finland only.
Remote registration includes remote participation to the English language conference track.
Disclaimer: The organizers have the right to change the format of the conference without prior notice if the COVID-19 restrictions do not allow the local conference to be held as planned. In that case, the conference fees will not be refunded, but the best possible alternative program format will be offered.
