Tieteellinen tutkimus- ja kehitystyö

Oulun craniofaciaalikirurginen keskus tekee kansainvälistä huippututkimusta, ja keskuksessa on otettu uusimpia kansainvälisesti hyviksi havaittuja tekniikoita esimerkiksi kallon tilavuuden laajentamisessa käyttöön tiettävästi ensimmäisenä Skandinaviassa.
